Please keep confidential documents, sensitive personal information, and other people’s personal details out of the initial enquiry.

The basis for using your information.

We use enquiry information to take steps at your request before entering a possible contract. We rely on legitimate interests to operate and protect the website, prevent misuse, and maintain necessary service records. Those interests are providing a reliable consulting service and keeping enquiries secure.

We use privacy-request information to fulfil our data-protection obligations. A privacy acknowledgement is not permission for unrelated marketing. This website does not add enquirers to a marketing mailing list.

Who receives information.

Reza reviews enquiries through the private owner inbox. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide website hosting and enquiry storage. Service providers may process technical information to operate and secure those services.

When you choose to load or open the booking calendar, Google provides the appointment service. Google collects the information you enter into its booking form and sends booking details to the calendar owner and attendee. Google handles its service under its own privacy policy. The website does not send your five enquiry answers to Google automatically.

Service-provider infrastructure may process information internationally. You can request details of the providers involved and the relevant transfer arrangements using the form below.

How long information is kept.

We retain enquiry information for as long as it is needed to deal with your request and any resulting discussion or engagement. The retention decision considers whether the enquiry remains active, whether work is agreed, and any applicable legal obligations or dispute-related record requirements. Information that is no longer needed can be deleted. Engagement records are subject to the terms and privacy information supplied for that work.

Your rights.

The website does not install advertising or visitor-analytics tools. Its hosting and sign-in services may use cookies needed for access and security. The site’s fonts are served with its own assets.

Google’s calendar is not loaded until you choose to show it. You can book through Google’s separate page without loading it inside this site. If you load the calendar here, Google may use cookies and process technical information under its policies. You can unload the embedded calendar using the control beneath it; that stops further embedded requests but does not erase information or cookies already held by Google. Google review links open Google’s website when you choose to follow them.

Choices and decisions.

Submitting an enquiry is optional. We need contact details and the requested project information to respond meaningfully. There is no automated acceptance of consulting engagements or automated decision-making about you with legal or similarly significant effects. Reza reviews the enquiry.
